Description
The Dirt King mid-travel kit was developed to drastically improve the vehicle's off-road handling without compromising its day-to-day driving characteristics. This suspension system allows for 10.5” of travel and accepts up to a 35” tire. The kit is compatible with 2WD and 4WD models. We’ve upgraded the lower arm outer pivot to heavy-duty Moog ball joints and 1” uniballs for the upper arm outer pivot. This allows for superior strength and increased articulation. The suspension system also accommodates bump stops to be used with the coil overs if desired. This kit is CAD designed, thoroughly tested, and 100% made in America resulting in a product we’re proud to put our name on!

Shocks
For the best performance and to achieve the full 10.5” of travel you must purchase our spec-built shocks or have them custom-built based on our coil-over spec sheet. These shocks must be used with shock hoops which require cutting and welding to the vehicle. For direct bolt-on applications, King OEM replacement coil overs can be installed. These shocks won’t allow for the full amount of travel. Both pairs of shocks will work with 2WD or 4WD models. For more dampening the suspension system has the ability to use bump stops along with the coil overs. The use of bump stops will also require welding and modifications to the frame.
Wheel Travel
When shopping for long travel kits many consumers tend to focus just on travel numbers. This is the reason many companies claim inaccurate numbers or don’t disclose the amount of work involved to achieve these numbers. Our goal is to build a suspension system with the highest amount of wheel travel without requiring major modifications to the vehicle or compromising its overall drivability.
Tire Info
When using 35” tires with this kit modifications to the wheel well will need to be made. The firewall pinch weld will need to be folded over and the front cab mount needs to be shaved to avoid contact while turning. The upper wheel well will also need to be modified to avoid contact at full bump.

EVO Manufacturing is not responsible for any labor charges, shipping charges and other costs in result of a warranty claim of any EVO Manufacturing product
EVO Manufacturing is not responsible for any and all costs associated with incidental and consequential damages and are excluded under this warranty, regardless of when, where or why the warranty occurs
All EVO Manufacturing products must be deemed to be installed correctly, unaltered, free from abuse and combined with other appropriate equipment/products/components.
All return/warranty products must be recieved in new, unused, unmodified, undamaged condition to qualify for credit.
Exceptions to stated warranty:
Wearable items are not included in warranty. These products include but are not limited to tie rod ends, draglinks, bushings, bump stops, bearings, heim joints, uniballs/spherical bearings etc. and hardware
Any substitution of other manufactures components or exemption of required and or supplied components will immediately void all warranties.
EVO Manufacturing does not warranty any product not manufactured by EVO Manufacturing.
EVO Manufacturing warranty applies to only products purchased, sold, installed and remaining in the United States of America.
All product finishes provided are warranted to be free from defects at time of sale only.
Springs and Shocks are warrantied against manufacturing defects only and are only returnable if they have not been installed on a vehicle.
EVO Manufacturing products that are used for competition and or racing immediately void all warranties.
EVO Manufacturing recommends the installation of EVO MFG products be installed by certified technicians only.
EVO Manufacturing is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, injury whether consequential, ordinary, direct, special or incidental arising from the manufacture, sale, resale, installation, delivery, possession, handling and or use of its products.
Electronic components and products provided by EVO MFG will have a 90 Day Warranty and must be deemed free if any tampering or accidental damages or abuse.
