JL Enforcer PRO Stage 1 kits include the necessary upgrade suspension parts to convert your JL suspension to front and rear jeep coilovers.
JL Enforcer PRO Stage 2 kits include Stage 1 components as well as EVO MFG Enforcer JL Front Lower Adjustable Control Arms to allow for caster adjustments. Stage 2 is the recommended minimum kit for all currently unmodified/stock suspension JLUs.
JL Enforcer PRO Stage 3 Kits include stage 2 components as well as EVO MFG Enforcer rear upper adjustable control arms for rear pinion angle adjustment. Stage 3 is the recommended minimum kit for JLs with aftermarket rear driveshafts.
JL Enforcer PRO Stage 4 kits include stage 1 components with the addition of all 8 EVO MFG Enforcer control arms for full front and rear axle adjustments. The Ultimate Coilover Short/Mid Arm Suspension System. The Coilover component of these kits is where the rear performance resides.
With the release of the JL Wrangler and EVO Manufacturing’s history in providing the most proven high-performance Jeep Wrangler Coilover suspension systems, we knew this high-performance product must continue on the JL.
Our primary focus from the moment we started this Coilover conversion project was to build the most high-performance largest wheel travel, lowest lift (LCG) product possible.
The JL suspension and inner wheel wells gave us an excellent canvas to do so. Starting in the front with wide openings, high engine accessorial mounts, and outboard shocks we found the ideal location.
By placing the shock upper mount up and rearward of its factory location, we are able to tuck the shock in close to the frame keeping it further away from the tire which allows for more tire clearance and less backspacing requirements, but also allows for a longer shock, more actual wheel travel and even lower minimum lift heights.
We then involved King Shock Technology and their engineers to build a custom length 2.5” Diameter long travel remote reservoir Coilover to maximize travel and lift height. The high tucked-in bracketry and custom long-travel Coilover produce the ultimate bolt-on front Coilover kit available.
With the same philosophy in mind as the front, we set out to build the most high-performance rear Coilover kit for the JL. We took the outboard mounting to a whole new level but reinforced both upper and lower mounts keeping the shocks slight reward mounting, optimizing travel without sacrificing the motion ratio.
We, with the aid of King Shock Technologies, built a custom length specifically valved and tuned 2.5” Diameter long travel remote reservoir Coilover to maximize travel and lift height.
The JL Enforcer PRO Kits achieve a control arm limited 11.5/12” of wheel travel with only 3-5” (lift height is adjustable) of lift and most wheel and tire combinations will require a backspacing of 3.75” or smaller.
Necessary equipment is included to convert including brake line provisions, bump stop extensions, swaybar end links, limit straps, and hardware.
All Bracketry is laser cut, CNC press brake formed, and fixtured welded for great fitment. This product is easy to install by the mechanically inclined or professionals.
Bolt-on installation (Some cutting and drilling required). Front adjustable trackbar required on PRO kits, not included. Factory front driveshaft is compatible, aftermarket optional.
All Products Manufactured by EVO Manufacturing shall have a Limited Lifetime Warranty on defects in material and craftsmanship.
All products must be on the original vehicle it was installed on by the original purchaser and is not transferable
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims
EVO Manufacturing is not responsible for any labor charges, shipping charges and other costs in result of a warranty claim of any EVO Manufacturing product
EVO Manufacturing is not responsible for any and all costs associated with incidental and consequential damages and are excluded under this warranty, regardless of when, where or why the warranty occurs
All EVO Manufacturing products must be deemed to be installed correctly, unaltered, free from abuse and combined with other appropriate equipment/products/components.
All return/warranty products must be recieved in new, unused, unmodified, undamaged condition to qualify for credit.
Exceptions to stated warranty:
Wearable items are not included in warranty. These products include but are not limited to tie rod ends, draglinks, bushings, bump stops, bearings, heim joints, uniballs/spherical bearings etc. and hardware
Any substitution of other manufactures components or exemption of required and or supplied components will immediately void all warranties.
EVO Manufacturing does not warranty any product not manufactured by EVO Manufacturing.
EVO Manufacturing warranty applies to only products purchased, sold, installed and remaining in the United States of America.
All product finishes provided are warranted to be free from defects at time of sale only.
Springs and Shocks are warrantied against manufacturing defects only and are only returnable if they have not been installed on a vehicle.
EVO Manufacturing products that are used for competition and or racing immediately void all warranties.
EVO Manufacturing recommends the installation of EVO MFG products be installed by certified technicians only.
EVO Manufacturing is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, injury whether consequential, ordinary, direct, special or incidental arising from the manufacture, sale, resale, installation, delivery, possession, handling and or use of its products.
Electronic components and products provided by EVO MFG will have a 90 Day Warranty and must be deemed free if any tampering or accidental damages or abuse.
EVO Manufacturing is not responsible for any typographical errors in either pricing or content related to all EVO Manufacturing related products, items, websites, packaging, instructions etc.
