The EVO MFG 2.5” JL Enforcer Lift Suspension Systems lift your 2018+ Jeep Wrangler JL 2.5”s. Our main goal in developing this kit was to give a smooth ride on and off-road while giving additional lift with increased performance. The JL Enforcer kits are specifically designed to lift your JL and maintain a compliant spring rate, and smooth ride quality. These kits come with a set of 2.5” Plush Ride Lift springs specific to each corner which will keep the Jeep Wrangler JL Level side to side and will maintain unique and compliant ride quality. EVO MFG JL Enforcer kits are available in multiple configurations to suit your needs and budget and are upgradable down the road. These Enforcer kits will fit up to 37” tires on Rubicon Model JLs or 37” tires on Sahara and Sport/S.
2.5” lift is based on the increase of a 4 Door Rubicon. 4 Door Sport and Sahara Models will see slightly higher increases over stock and will match the overall lift height of a Rubicon Model. 2 Door Models (all) will see slightly higher increases in lift. Increases will vary.
OVERLAND SYSTEM:
The difference between EVO MFG Enforcer Overland systems vs EVO MFG Enforcer systems is the use of front Overland Control Arm Brackets. When lifting your vehicle your control arms at ride height have a steeper angle towards the floor which can have some negative effect/chop in ride quality. With the use of the included Overland Control Arm brackets we relocate the front control arm mounting locations at the frame. In doing this when lifted we maintain factory flatter control arm angles and while minimal, we alleviate much of the chop associated with lifting a Jeep giving even better and more improved ride quality. Also, in the use of Overland Drop Brackets, we are able to engineer more performance into the front suspension to improve braking and driveline angles through the suspension cycle. Both kits drive very well, the Overland Kits are better suited for less hard off-road crawling and more light off-road and on-road use.
Stage 1
Kits include the necessary upgrade suspension parts to convert your JL suspension to front and rear coilovers.
Stage 2
Kits include Stage 1 components as well as EVO MFG Enforcer JL
Front Lower Adjustable Control Arms to allow for caster adjustments. Stage 1 Overland or Stage 2 is the recommended minimum kit for all currently unmodified/stock suspension JLUs.
Stage 3
Kits include stage 2 components as well as EVO MFG Enforcer
rear upper adjustable control arms for rear pinion angle adjustment. Stage 3 is the recommended minimum kit for JLs with aftermarket rear driveshafts.
Stage 4
Kits include stage 1 components with the addition of all 8 EVO MFG Enforcer
control arms for full front and rear axle adjustments. The Ultimate Coil Short/Mid Arm Suspension System.
Front and rear adjustable trackbars are included with PLUS “P” kits.
When paired with packaged shocks, these kits will not require driveshaft replacement.
All Products Manufactured by EVO Manufacturing shall have a Limited Lifetime Warranty on defects in material and craftsmanship.
All products must be on the original vehicle it was installed on by the original purchaser and is not transferable
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims
EVO Manufacturing is not responsible for any labor charges, shipping charges and other costs in result of a warranty claim of any EVO Manufacturing product
EVO Manufacturing is not responsible for any and all costs associated with incidental and consequential damages and are excluded under this warranty, regardless of when, where or why the warranty occurs
All EVO Manufacturing products must be deemed to be installed correctly, unaltered, free from abuse and combined with other appropriate equipment/products/components.
All return/warranty products must be recieved in new, unused, unmodified, undamaged condition to qualify for credit.
Exceptions to stated warranty:
Wearable items are not included in warranty. These products include but are not limited to tie rod ends, draglinks, bushings, bump stops, bearings, heim joints, uniballs/spherical bearings etc. and hardware
Any substitution of other manufactures components or exemption of required and or supplied components will immediately void all warranties.
EVO Manufacturing does not warranty any product not manufactured by EVO Manufacturing.
EVO Manufacturing warranty applies to only products purchased, sold, installed and remaining in the United States of America.
All product finishes provided are warranted to be free from defects at time of sale only.
Springs and Shocks are warrantied against manufacturing defects only and are only returnable if they have not been installed on a vehicle.
EVO Manufacturing products that are used for competition and or racing immediately void all warranties.
EVO Manufacturing recommends the installation of EVO MFG products be installed by certified technicians only.
EVO Manufacturing is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, injury whether consequential, ordinary, direct, special or incidental arising from the manufacture, sale, resale, installation, delivery, possession, handling and or use of its products.
Electronic components and products provided by EVO MFG will have a 90 Day Warranty and must be deemed free if any tampering or accidental damages or abuse.
EVO Manufacturing is not responsible for any typographical errors in either pricing or content related to all EVO Manufacturing related products, items, websites, packaging, instructions etc.
