HAS MY ORDER SHIPPED?

To view your order status click the Track My Order link in the top right corner of our website. Input your order information to the "Track Order Status" section for the latest updates on your order's shipment status.
If you would like to cancel or make changes to your order please give us a call. Some orders are not eligible for a full refund (such as custom ordered shocks), but we will try our best to satisfy you. All orders canceled before items begin to ship are subject to a 5% processing fee. Partially fulfilled and completed orders are subject to our return policy. Please have you order number ready before calling us.
When your order shipped you should have received an email providing you with a tracking number. If you don't see it, it's possible that it was sent to your spam folder. If you never received this email it is likely that your order has not shipped yet. If you need help determining whether your order has shipped please view the "Track My Order" link or email us at: Sales@powerhouseperformance.com.

Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.
Click the "My Account" link at the top right side of our site. If you have never made an account before, it will prompt you to put in an email address. Follow the instructions to complete making your account.
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
We currently only ship to the lower 48 states in the USA. We are doing our best to expand our reach and will do so as soon as possible.
During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. Our average order qualifies for free shipping within the lower 48, but we do not ship ship to Canada, Alaska Or Hawaii.
Sales tax is automatically calculated at checkout. Sales tax amounts are entirely dependent upon where the product is being shipped.

Credits usually take 5-7 business days from the time your request has been approved.
Your credit card will be charged immediately once a purchase is made, per our website host Shopify's billing system requirements.
